You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Cyril Bath stretch forming machines and related equipment, including hydraulic systems, PLCs and CNC interfaces, while adhering to AS9100 and OSHA safety protocols. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, focusing on heavy machinery.
• Experience with Cyril Bath stretch forming presses and related equipment.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and electrical blueprints.
• PLC troubleshooting and servo-controlled systems experience.
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions.
• Service high-pressure hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and servo valves.
• Repair or replace defective parts, rebuild hydraulic cylinders, align structures, and update wiring.
• Calibrate machines axes, tension controls and gripping systems.
• Maintain CMMS records of maintenance activities and downtime.
• Adhere to OSHA, LOTO, and aviation quality standards.
