The position requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance, with ability to read technical docs and coordinate with contractors. A strong attention to detail and reliable collaboration with teams is essential for ensuring uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities/maintenance experience (aerospace preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities per specifications.
• Perform routine, preventive, and special inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Dismantle and replace defective parts using precision tools and measuring instruments.
• Inform production of downtime and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Discuss safety, productivity, and major repairs in team meetings.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized processes on site.
