Radius Aerospace – Shelbyville, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations, ensuring maximum uptime and safety. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on stretch forming machines and related equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC/CNC interfaces.

Minimum 3–5 years in industrial maintenance with heavy machinery is required; high school diploma or GED is essential, with technical training preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with heavy machinery.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency in reading hydraulic schematics and electrical blueprints.
• PLC troubleshooting and servo-controlled system experience.
• Welding, fabrication, rigging and precise alignment skills.
• Ability to work with CNC interfaces and perform diagnostics.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical malfunctions; troubleshoot PLC/CNC.
• Service high‑pressure hydraulic systems including pumps, valves and cylinders.
• Repair or replace defective parts; rebuild cylinders and update wiring as needed.
• Calibrate machine axes, tension controls and gripping systems; ensure aerospace tolerances.
• Maintain CMMS records for maintenance, parts usage and downtime.
