Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Heat-treat metals and alloys per job requirements and safety regulations.
• Monitor heat-treatment processes and maintain equipment.
• Set up and maintain heat-treating furnaces and quenching systems.
• Perform annealing, hardening and tempering processes as required.
• Examine finished products, conduct quality control tests, and document results.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings; interpret process instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Interact with auditors and support Nadcap requirements.
