Responsibilities include operating furnaces, performing related repairs, weighing parts, and contributing to continuous improvement while complying with HSE policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 0–3 years in manufacturing or metal processing preferred.
• Experience in aerospace plating or NADCAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform heat treatment operations including hardening, stress relieving, and annealing per blueprints and work instructions.
• Set and monitor furnace temperatures for accuracy.
• Conduct minor furnace repairs (thermocouples, baskets or liners).
• Weigh parts to confirm counts and ensure quality.
• Follow HSE policies and report nonconformances.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction.
• Attend required training and maintain safety standards.
