Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as engineering technician or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Security Clearance at time of hire.
• Experience with aerospace testing methods is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on aerospace systems and components to evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Provide data for Failure Review Board investigations.
• Ensure compliance to test specifications using drawings and diagrams.
• Assist in setting up specialized test equipment.
• Guide entry-level production test technicians in testing tasks.
• Measure medium complexity hardware.
• Manage lab equipment inventory.
• Document procedures and findings for stakeholders.
