Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Sr Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to lead hardware procurement support for NPI programs, with strong SAP proficiency and material movement knowledge. You will report to the Engineer Manager and work on a hybrid schedule from Tempe, AZ or Deer Valley, AZ.

In this role you will coordinate planning and scheduling, resolve SAP issues, liaise between engineering groups, manage hardware tracking with schedule and cost reporting, and promote standardized procurement

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aerospace procurement or project controls.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware planning and tracking for NPI programs.
• SAP issue resolution and status.
• Support project planning and scheduling; liaison between engineering groups.
• Support communicating requirements and risks to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain hardware tracking including schedule and cost reporting.
• Champion consistent processes within procurement cycle.
• Administrative, project management, communication, and knowledge management tasks.
