Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking an Sr Advanced Engineering Support Specialist to lead hardware procurement activities and lifecycle management for the Control Systems organization. The role emphasizes SAP mastery and collaboration with engineering teams.

Location is Tempe, AZ or Deer Valley, AZ on a hybrid schedule. The position requires proven aerospace procurement experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Aerospace procurement or project controls experience.
• 2+ years of experience using SAP.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware planning and tracking for NPI Programs.
• SAP issue resolution and status.
• Support project planning and scheduling; act as liaison between engineering groups.
• Support communicating requirements and risks to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain hardware tracking including schedule and cost reporting.
• Champion consistent processes within the procurement cycle.
• Administrative, project management, communication, and knowledge management tasks.
