RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 at our onsite facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will assist in the design, analysis, and testing of circuit- and board-level hardware used in aerospace systems, supporting schematic capture and hardware verification activities.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM field and actively enrolled through the internship session.
• Foundational knowledge of electronic circuits through coursework.
• Interest in hardware development and hands-on laboratory work.

Responsabilités

• As Electrical Engineering Intern you will assist in design, analysis, simulation, and testing of circuit-level and board-level hardware used in aerospace systems.
• You will support schematic capture tasks for digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal circuit designs.
• You will operate lab equipment to perform basic hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• You will help prepare documentation for design reviews, test procedures, and configuration control.
• You will participate in design discussions, technical reviews and team meetings to learn engineering workflows and best practices.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support integration efforts.
