Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to work onsite in Marlborough, MA. You will contribute to high-speed digital circuit design, generate schematics with Siemens Xpedition, and verify hardware in a lab setting while learning design verification and test troubleshooting.

The internship requires pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree, familiarity with PCB design, and experience with interfaces like I2C, PCIe, UART, or GbE.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field and enrolled through the internship period.
• Familiar with PCB design tasks and tools (schematic capture, layout).
• Familiar with communication interfaces (I2C, PCIe, UART, GbE).

Responsibilities

• Designs high speed digital circuits and schematics using Siemens Xpedition.
• Generate schematics and layouts in Xpedition Design Tools.
• Verify functionality in laboratory environment and troubleshoot hardware tests.
• Generate documentation and perform analyses and simulations of CCAs.
