Northrop Grumman Corp. in Clearfield, Utah seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to lead the Global Supply Chain organization within the Aerospace Structures Business Unit.

The role oversees supply chain strategy, planning, and execution across programs including F-35, B-2, A350, and commercial programs. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of leadership experience, aerospace & defense background, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement
• Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, business management, sustainment, proposals, procurement

Responsibilities

• Key leadership interface for Senior Director Business Unit Leader
• Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material content for programs
• Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with the business unit
• Leads process improvement initiatives and optimization efforts
