Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Aerospace Structures Business Unit. This position will be onsite in Clearfield, Utah.

The position will lead the Global Supply Chain organization for the Aerospace Structures Business Unit within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The role will be responsible, accountable and have authority for supply chain strategy, planning and execution across a diverse portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, F-35, B-2, A350 and commercial programs. The selected candidate will be a high performing, experienced leader who is goal oriented and well equipped to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives. They will leverage an understanding of supply chain processes / business systems and work closely with program stakeholders and across functions to deliver optimal results.
Primary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
