Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarder (Aerospace) in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing shipment transactions and providing proactive customer service. Qualifications

• Three years experience in a client-facing role.
• Familiarity with domestic and international geography.
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to predict and prevent issues.
• Ability to remain highly productive under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service for assigned accounts.
• Process high-volume import/export transactions including booking and billing.
• Monitor service quality and promote positive client relationships.
• Create quotations for individual shipments and manage client communications.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns proactively.
