Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking an Aerospace Parts Manufacturing-Foundry Helper to support casting, ingot, and metals departments in Albany, OR. You will perform manual tasks to maintain productivity and meet throughput goals, with training for MIG welding and equipment operation.

The role requires physical input, willingness to work swing or weekend shifts with differential pay, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and able to work in a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions is required.
• HS diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading casting furnaces.
• Clean up and sweep debris in the department.
• Torch cutting using Oxy/Acetylene torches.
• MIG weld titanium electrodes for casting furnace (training provided).
• Prepare molds for filling with molten metals.
• Clean and service casting equipment; maintain safe work area.
• Follow all procedures and safety rules.
• Meet production rates with quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
