Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Albany, OR seeks a Heat Treat Operator to prepare and process aerospace castings using multiple furnaces, ensuring proper identification, processing and documentation to keep production moving.

You are reliable, safety-minded and eager to learn; prior manufacturing or aerospace casting experience is a plus. This full-time role features a weekend grave shift with a $2.50/hour differential and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including addition.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heat treat furnaces.
• Sort and serialize castings per heat treat requirements.
• Set up castings on fixtures for processing.
• Maintain accurate heat treat logs for castings and test materials.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures and work specifications.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to keep castings moving.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment.
• Follow safety and quality requirements for aerospace.
