Job summary

CPP Corporation (Consolidated Precision Products) is seeking an Aerospace Parts Manufacturing-Foundry Helper to support casting and metal departments. You will perform loading/unloading, torch cutting, MIG welding with training, and mold preparation to help achieve throughput goals.

Qualification includes being mechanically inclined, able to work in a team, basic computer skills, and a minimum HS diploma or GED. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required, but relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading or unloading casting furnaces.
• Assist with general department clean-up (sweeping, debris).
• Torch cutting using oxy/acetylene torches.
• MIG welding titanium electrodes for casting furnace (training provided).
• Prepare molds for filling with molten metals.
• Clean furnaces and service casting equipment.
• Follow department procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Meet production rates consistent with quality expectations.
