Job summary

Rocket Lab Fluids Technician III - B Shift is based at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will build fluids system sub-assemblies for the Archimedes engine and work on titanium, Inconel and aluminum parts with tight tolerances.

The role includes setting up CNC tube cutting, bending, flaring, fit up, cutting and assembling tubes to specs, and assisting daily on the production floor. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits and shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tube shop experience in aviation, aerospace, or similar industry.
• Experience with Inconel, titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.
• Ability to work with close tolerances and tube bending technology.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC tube cutting equipment.
• Perform tube bending, flaring, fit up, and assembly to project specs.
• Support day-to-day operations on the production floor.
