Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Fluids Technician II/III on the B shift to support tube fabrication for aerospace projects. The role covers setting up CNC tube cutting, bending, flaring, fitting, and assembly per drawings, with day-to-day ops support on the production floor.

Two tracks exist (II or III) with 2+ or 5+ years of tube shop experience, including Inconel or stainless work for III. Wages listed for CA at 25–35 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Tube shop experience in aviation, aerospace, or similar industry.
• Experience with tube bending machines from .250 to 6’ tubes.
• Experience with BLM tube benders.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC tube cutting equipment.
• Perform tube bending, flaring, fit up, and prep to project specs.
• Cutting and assembling tubes based on drawings.
• Assist day-to-day operations to maintain workflow and efficiency.
