Job summary

Enflite is seeking a Field Support Technician to perform service and repair on Enflite products, including on-site aircraft repairs and customer support. The role requires 4+ years of aerospace experience, and 10-15% travel with potential international trips, plus the ability to obtain an FAA Repairman Certificate within 18 months.

A passport and US work eligibility are required. This hi-tempo role emphasizes timely issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to FAA-approved

Qualifications

• 4+ years of aerospace experience
• Willingness to obtain FAA Repairman Certificate within 18 months of hire, applied for by Enflite
• Capable to travel both domestically and internationally
• Current driver's license and valid international passport
• Ability to pass drug and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on Enflite products following FAA-approved practices and released documentation.
• Provides training to customers and Enflite staff on usage, servicing and repair practices.
• Repairs electromechanical subsystems, heating/refrigerant systems, wiring harnesses, PCB installation, and troubleshoot schematics.
• Writes service repair quotations and drives activities to meet cost and lead-time objectives.
• Travels to customer sites for on-site repairs and supports RMA issuance and processing.
