Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services seeks a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, install and service fixed ground equipment and related systems at our Florida location. You’ll follow FAA and company procedures and uphold site security while supporting loading bridges, power units, HVAC, and related gear.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, check and clean, repair, replace, test, adjust, assemble, install and service equipment.
• Maintain fixed pedestal and apron drive aircraft passenger loading bridges, baggage transport systems, and related devices.
• Comply with FAA and Company regulations and site security procedures.
• Complete forms and communicate with Company personnel as required.
• Work underneath trucks and equipment for extended periods.
• Lift, carry and install tools and components up to 100 pounds; operate power tools.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and paperwork accurately.
