Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. seeks an NPI Program Manager to coordinate aerospace fastener programs from inception through completion. You will set schedules, budgets, and resources, and act as the main liaison among engineering, sales, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain teams.

You will ensure programs meet aerospace standards and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Strong PM skills and aerospace industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of program management experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Experience with aerospace fasteners is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace fastener programs from inception through completion.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate between engineering, sales, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and company standards.
