Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MIG welding and basic metal fabrication.
• Able to read and understand English; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate welding equipment and machinery.
• Perform MIG, TIG or stick welding as needed.
• Inspect and repair facilities equipment including HVAC, compressors, and paint systems.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Support production with preventative maintenance and servicing of tooling.
