Job summary

RAM Aerospace seeks a dedicated Janitorial Team Member to maintain our high-tech facility in a safe, clean, and organized state. You will perform daily cleaning across offices, labs, and production areas, ensuring spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements include the ability to pass background checks, ITAR compliance, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior janitorial experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in janitorial or professional cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor care including mopping and sweeping to keep floors clean and polished.
• Manage waste and keep areas tidy and debris-free.
• Clean, polish, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors; dust surfaces as needed.
• Service offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and spills.
• Prepare meeting rooms, labs, and spaces for events.
• Monitor outdoor areas for cleanliness and perform needed upkeep.
• Support facility operations with additional duties.
