Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations across office, lab, and manufacturing environments. You will build and run maintenance programs, manage vendors, and oversee budgets while driving safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing setting, with collaboration across engineering and operations to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience managing people, vendors, budgets and facilities programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team and programs across multiple sites.
• Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for building systems.
• Manage on-site vendors, contracts, and budget with a focus on safety and cost control.
• Direct facilities projects, space planning, and site-build-outs from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and safety programs; coordinate with EHS.
