Apex Technology, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, and vendors across our manufacturing environments in Playa Vista, CA.

The role focuses on safety, reliability, and cost control while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategy and capital planning. The ideal candidate is a hybrid leader who can build and run programs, manage a team, and stay close to hands-on work during peak demand.

Qualifications

• U.S. person due to export control requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage people, vendors, budgets, and facilities programs.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, OSHA/EHS requirements, and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities team and vendor management, set priorities, and ensure safety and quality.
• Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across building systems.
• Manage on-site vendors, SLAs, contracts, and budgets with financial controls.
• Lead site projects, space planning, and coordination with leadership for capital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, safety programs, audits, and incident follow-up.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
