Janicki Industries seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain manufacturing facilities, grounds, and equipment in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The role leads the maintenance team, schedules projects, and ensures safe, timely repairs to keep production running.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus maintenance/construction experience. US citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain a US security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in general facility maintenance or construction.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• US citizen or legal permanent resident status.
• Strong English communication skills.
• ITAR/EAR compliance: willingness to comply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Lead and coordinate facilities maintenance team daily.
• Install drywall, laminate, concrete, and other materials.
• Construct walls, finishes, and trim; paint interiors/exteriors.
• Operate equipment like aerial lifts, forklifts, backhoes.
• Order materials and tools as needed.
