Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support the Facilities Manager with project implementation and vendor coordination across our campuses. You will prepare meetings with leadership, provide reporting on spend, and ensure contracts are in place for services such as elevators, waste, and landscaping.

The role requires at least five years of contract management experience, aerospace familiarity, and the ability to work in a high-stress, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility vendor and contract management experience.
• Experience with aerospace facilities preferred.
• Ability to read basic floor plans and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager with project implementation across sites.
• Create and participate in meetings with executive leadership.
• Provide campus-wide reporting on departmental spend, ticketing, and metrics.
• Maintain contracts for facilities services and obtain bids from vendors.
• Perform vendor walk-downs with engineers, supervisors, and managers.
