Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing supervisory experience in aerospace manufacturing; CNC experience required.
• Positive employee relations and team-building with strong communication and management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• ISO 9001:2000, AS9100 experience.
• Exposure to metals and machining industries.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day machine shop production activities for ~30 employees.
• Lead Stand Up meetings; communicate priorities and operational issues.
• Assign work and interpret drawings in a close-tolerance shop (CNC and conventional).
• Manage manpower, tools, and equipment coverage.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain quality standards and participate in cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and departments for continuity.
• Foster a positive work environment and drive continuous improvement.
