Tube Specialties, Inc. seeks an Export Compliance Coordinator (Aerospace Mfg) in Tempe, AZ to ensure ITAR/EAR compliance for international shipments. The role collaborates across Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to support compliant, on-time deliveries in an AS9100 environment.

The candidate will manage export documentation, AES filings, and screening, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory adherence in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of export experience with AES/EEI filing and export documentation.
• Experience shipping ITAR- and/or EAR-controlled hardware or data.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• U.S. person status for ITAR access to export-controlled data.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit export license applications and amendments under ITAR (DECCS) and EAR (SNAP-R) for review and signature.
• Track license status, expiration dates, and remaining quantities and values.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to classify products (USML category / ECCN).
• Obtain end-use statements and other required customer documentation.
• Review shipments for proper authorization before release.
• File EEI in AESDirect and assign Schedule B numbers.
• Prepare packing lists and other export documents; coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Screen customers, suppliers, and end users against U.S. government restricted-party lists.
• Maintain audit-ready export and license records; stay updated on regulation changes.
