Staffmark Group is hiring an Aerospace Expeditor in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on expediting aerospace parts, monitoring POs, and coordinating with suppliers to prevent production delays. Qualifications

• 1-3 years in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using enterprise inventory software.
• Excellent verbal communication and quick, proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Basic familiarity with aerospace quality standards and aircraft components.
• Monitor open purchase orders and inventory levels to ensure critical aerospace parts arrive on time.
• Work with suppliers and internal departments to eliminate production bottlenecks and address material shortages.
• Review production timelines to prioritize materials needed for manufacturing or aircraft maintenance.
• Update ERP/MRP systems with delivery dates, shipping information and order statuses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open purchase orders and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of critical aerospace parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Review production schedules to prioritize materials for manufacturing or aircraft maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle) with delivery dates and statuses.
