Responsibilities

• Review production schedule with Planning and Manufacturing to communicate priorities.
• Follow up on special requests or work orders to anticipate delays.
• Expedite operations to meet shipping plans and communicate with departments and customers.
• Track order status and report production delays to stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery timelines and customer promises; provide updates.
• Prepare summaries on order status to assist Sales and Management.
• Maintain weekly visibility on part shortages and coordinate with suppliers.
