Job summary

LeoForce in Littleton, CO is seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Test Technician to support aerospace testing activities. You will conduct environmental tests, inspect parts, and contribute to process improvements within a structured team.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing with common tools and documentation tasks, offering meaningful work and opportunities for career growth in a leading space hardware firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in aerospace or engineering.
• Familiarity with aerospace assembly and inspection tools (torque wrenches, load cells, calipers, gauges, multimeters).
• Experience writing technical work instructions related to Environmental Testing (preferred).
• Experience in an Aerospace cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Understanding of advanced electronic circuitry.
• Experience using electronics equipment (DMMs, power supplies, DAQs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental testing of aerospace mechanisms using established procedures (static load, thermal vacuum, vibration, etc.).
• Inspect mechanical and electrical components after tests to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Assist with non-conformance investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize aerospace assembly and inspection tools (torque wrenches, load cells, gauges, calipers, multimeters).
• Help write technical work instructions for Environmental Testing.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
