Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking an Engineering Technician to support machining, composite fabrication, finishing and assembly of tooling and production parts on-site in Hamilton, WA. The role emphasizes metrology proficiency and aerospace finishes.

The candidate will review drawings, meet work order specs, and collaborate with the Production team to ensure timely, quality deliverables while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in manufacturing engineering/engineering technology or similar field required.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machining, composite fabrication, finishing or assembling tooling and production parts.
• Inspect pattern, tool, or production parts and review metrology reports and tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and project instructions.
• Coordinate with Cell Manager to mitigate production risks and meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and AS9100/Nadcap standards.
