Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking an Engineering Technician to support machining, composite fabrication, finishing, or assembly of tooling and production parts on-site in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The role emphasizes metrology, aerospace finishes, and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate will assist in delivering items per Work Orders, inspect tolerances with GD&T, and work with the Cell Manager to mitigate production risks while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident status per ITAR/EAR requirements.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; program access may be required.
• Associate degree in manufacturing engineering/engineering technology or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finishing End Item Deliverables to meet Work Orders and guide Production Technicians.
• Review patterns, tools, and production part surface conditions, metrology reports and tolerances.
• Inspect workpieces with GD&T and review engineering drawings to extract specifications.
• Collaborate with Cell Manager to identify risks in production and help meet project deadlines.
