Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training with 2 years' related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Hands-on aerospace equipment experience, harness building and soldering.
• Knowledge of electrical measurements and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Draft and interpret detailed drawings for fabrication.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic components or assemblies.
• Set up and conduct prototype unit and subsystem tests under operational conditions.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend modifications.
• Support critical space flight hardware integration with high attention to detail and safety.
• Maintain clean room protocols, hazardous material handling, and operational procedures.
• Work flexible schedules, including off shifts, weekends, overtime, with up to 25% travel.
• Utilize software tools such as Solumina MES, TipQA, Windchill, and CREO View.
