Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an Engineering Tech Level 2/3 in Utah to provide technical support to engineers across multiple programs, including composites and machining tasks.

You will gather, format, and analyze data, prepare documentation and drawings, and contribute to test campaigns as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, the ability to travel up to 10%, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in composites, aerospace, machining, or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to communicate concepts and procedures clearly to others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on/mechanical aptitude and flexibility for shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safe execution of tasks in R&D and production for commercial, military and classified programs.
• Maintain inventory of tooling, equipment, NEI material and direct materials.
• Prepare materials and samples; perform SMI fundamentals and trim composites.
• Track metrics, maintain notebooks, capture lessons learned; contribute to cost and process improvements.
