Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Tech Level 2/3 to provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks, including data formatting, reports, drawings, and basic analyses. You will perform calculations, run tests, and help prepare samples while traveling up to 10% to support other locations.

Both levels require a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, with eligibility for secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant manufacturing experience (2 years for Level 2, 4 years for Level 3).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
• Experience communicating concepts and procedures clearly to others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safe execution of tasks for research, development, and production across programs.
• Maintain inventory of tooling, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare samples and perform material preparation tasks.
• Perform fundamental manufacturing and quality tasks with PPE.
• Execute work orders and project assignments.
• Track metrics and document lessons learned.
