Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 years of composites, aerospace, machining, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance and PAR access.
• Experience communicating concepts clearly and using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safe execution of tasks for R&D and production across programs.
• Maintain inventory of tooling, equipment, NEI materials, and direct materials.
• Operate machinery with proper PPE.
• Prepare materials, samples, and conduct traceability and storage tasks.
• Perform SMI fundamentals and trim composites.
• Execute work orders and project assignments.
• Track metrics, document lessons learned, and assist process improvements.
• Contribute to cost improvement initiatives.
