Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician - Coatings 2 or Manufacturing Technician - Coatings 3 based out of Clearfield, Utah.
As a Manufacturing Technician you will work on the next generation composite structures. This job involves the fabrication of composite hardware using a variety of methods such as hand layup, bonding, assembly, trimming and final finishing. It will require development of skills to competently perform tasks designed to produce product that meets our customer expectations. Tasks may be performed in team environments or individually.
This position may be filled as a Level 2 or Level 3 based on the qualifications outlined below.
Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00
The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and share company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
