Michael Page is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of design and project engineers in the development, design, and support of new aerospace products. You will ensure alignment with customer specifications, internal engineering policies, and government/industry standards.

The role emphasizes technical ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering on-time product development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years product design/engineering or 3+ years of project/engineering management experience including supervision.
• Proven culture champion with cross‑functional teamwork.
• Experience in aerospace and/or medical devices preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of company products with a high-performing engineering team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach, mentor and develop engineering staff to strengthen capabilities and culture.
• Lead configuration management and ensure robust documentation control.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed; maintain onsite presence five days a week.
