Kaleidoscope Innovation seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee client communication, cross-site coordination, and timely delivery of aerospace design and stress engineering projects. You will guide site leads, support performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement across multiple offices.

Role includes hands-on technical support when needed, coordination with production and tooling teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering discipline is required.
Minimum 5 years of aerospace engineering experience in design and/or stress engineering.
Prior engineering technical leadership experience (lead/supervisor/manager) preferred.

Serve as primary liaison between client and internal teams to communicate status, risks, priorities and deliverables.
Facilitate alignment across offices on objectives, timelines, staffing and execution strategy.
Oversee production and technical execution across facilities to ensure on-time, in-scope, quality deliverables.
Monitor KPIs and milestones to identify risks, delays, or resource constraints.
Identify process gaps and implement improvement plans to boost productivity and delivery.
Coordinate engineering and operational priorities across facilities for unified direction.
Ensure client-facing deliverables meet contractual requirements and internal standards.
Provide leadership coaching to site leads and managers for high-performance culture.
Gather client feedback and drive continuous improvement across offices.
