Job summary

Kaleidoscope is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee client communication, cross-site coordination, and ensure deliverables across multiple offices. You will lead site leads, support performance evaluations, and provide hands-on technical guidance to drive delivery success and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, aerospace engineering expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple facilities to meet schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace design or stress engineering.
• Prior engineering leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client communication and cross-site coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and milestones to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Guide site leads and managers to drive performance and accountability.
• Provide hands-on technical support as needed to ensure delivery success.
• Coordinate engineering and operational priorities across facilities.
• Ensure all client-facing deliverables meet contractual requirements.
