Job summary

Qualifications

Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering background.
Production Scheduling & Capacity Planning.
Data Analytics and Reporting.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Track manufacturing builds, shortages, change implementation, and production status.
Develop and maintain production schedules and capacity plans.
Create and present bar charts, burndown charts, KPI dashboards, assembly progress reports, and executive metrics.
Perform data analysis to identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and support decision-making.
Conduct time studies, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule adherence and program success.
