Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical/aerospace engineering and hands-on curiosity.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX) and fabrication processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical and structural design, analysis, and testing for UAVs.
• Support fabrication activities including 3D printing, composites layups, and assembly operations.
• Participate in prototype development and hands-on building of UAV airframes and components.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Assist with mechanical testing and validation of prototype systems.
• Support system integration activities and fit checks.
