Griffon Aerospace in Madison, AL seeks two External-Internal Pilot positions to join a rapid development team responsible for design, fabrication, assembly, and flight testing of aerial targets.

The role requires hands-on experience assembling, modifying, repairing, and flying UAV systems, strong prototyping skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with safety-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling, modifying, repairing, and flying aerial targets.
• Ability to read drawings and shop instructions.
• Strong situational awareness and safety-focused attitude on/off-site.
• Flight skills assessment will be required using a small multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft.
