Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid, an aerospace investment casting foundry, offers an Engineering Co-Op for Fall 2026 and Spring/Summer 2027. You will join New Product Development or Production Engineering to develop robust processes and tooling to support CPP's growth in aerospace markets.

The role emphasizes problem solving, root-cause analysis, PDCA and Six-Sigma tools, with occasional leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Engineering; junior or senior year preferred.
• CAD experience, preferably NX.
• Strong communication, documentation, and PC skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Principles.
• Organizational and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach best practice investment casting procedures.
• Construct dies, gages, and tooling for cores, wax patterns, castings.
• Interface with tooling vendors and CPP purchasing.
• Analyze process yields using data methods (DOE, Six Sigma).
• Interpret GD&T and customer drawings (CAD/NX).
• Document work procedures and collaborate with departments.
• Travel locally to CPP facilities as needed.
