Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience; investment casting preferred.
• Certifications/ Licenses: None

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to implement process changes.
• Develop and improve investment casting processes and tooling.
• Identify and solve process challenges impacting quality and efficiency.
• Apply Lean methods to reduce waste and improve productivity on the shop floor.
• Prepare manufacturing plans and routings; coordinate with Quality Assurance.
• Assist in problem solving of quality issues related to manufacturing.
