Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Engineering Change Control and Scheduling teams; manage performance and training.
• Set priorities, balance workloads, ensure coverage to support programs.
• Oversee BCCM requests and gIWS/DWS work statements lifecycle.
• Review work statements and change packages for completeness and compliance.
• Administer engineering change numbers and change-numbering log.
• Ensure changes follow change-control processes with documented decisions.
• Oversee SAP projects and design/manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor release schedules, flag delinquencies, coordinate recovery actions.
• Provide timely reporting of change status, schedules, workload, risks.
• Represent teams in Change Boards, reviews, audits; drive actions to closure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, CM, Data, Quality, Ops, Finance to implement changes.
• Maintain standard work, train staff, drive continuous improvement.
• Promote safety, quality, ownership, and innovation through leadership.
