Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace West Palm Beach Engine Center seeks an Engineer II to support integration of Collins hardware on Pratt & Whitney engines. This onsite role collaborates with production, test, and MRO, and works with program leadership across global engine centers.

You will evaluate failures, provide technical recommendations, and drive quality and engineering improvements using CORE methods and RCCA as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree or equivalent; 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years without degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; customer-facing aptitude.
• Experience in aerospace or defense programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent as on-site engineering focal for Collins issues at the West Palm Beach Engine Center.
• Direct support for Engine Control Systems components through production, test, and MRO.
• Provide technical evaluations and disposition for defective components per Collins and PW blueprint requirements.
