Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field.
• 3+ years of electronics technician, testing, integration, or troubleshooting experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as meters and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic modules, racks, and systems per drawings and specs.
• Test and validate components and systems for functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues during development and production.
• Document test results, rework, repairs, and corrective actions.
• Operate test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, generators, scopes, meters).
• Support prototype builds, system integration, and investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing to improve processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
